What is RW Exprès / the Terminal? How do I get started?

RW Exprès delivers your own AI workstation in minutes — no installation, no key to provide. At its heart is the Luca Terminal, a private AI chat powered by Claude (Anthropic).

To start: create your account, pay by card, and your isolated pod is ready. You chat with the AI right away from your browser, on desktop or mobile.

How does billing work? (subscription + usage + credit)

Three simple parts:

  • The monthly subscription — your plan (Starter €25, Pro €50, Business €200/seat) charged each month.
  • The included usage capacity — an AI usage allowance included in the subscription, tracked by two bars (weekly and monthly).
  • Credit — beyond your weekly capacity, a rechargeable credit (pay-as-you-go) takes over so you’re never blocked.

Everything is shown in euros, transparently — and a live usage counter appears in the chat.

Weekly vs monthly capacity — what happens when I reach it?

You have a single capacity pool, tracked by two bars: the monthly one (the bigger envelope) and the weekly one (the rate limit inside it, Claude-style). Each bar shows its own reset countdown.

When the weekly bar hits zero, two options:

  • Load credit to continue right away (pay-as-you-go);
  • Wait for the Monday reset and resume at no extra cost.

How do I load credit / turn on auto-recharge?

From your customer area, open the Usage / Credit page, pick an amount, and pay by card (secure Stripe payment). Credit is added instantly.

To never be interrupted, turn on auto-recharge: your card is saved and an amount you set is recharged automatically (off-session) whenever credit drops below a threshold. You stay in control: amount, threshold, and disable anytime.

Which AI models are available?

Three Claude (Anthropic) models, from fastest to most powerful:

  • Haiku — fast, ideal for everyday use and high volume.
  • Sonnet — balanced, for more demanding reasoning.
  • Opus — the most capable, for deep reasoning.

By plan: Starter = Haiku + Sonnet; Pro and Business add Opus. Each model draws from the same capacity pool, but at a different rate.

Is my data private? Where is it stored?

Yes. Your content (conversations, files, documents) lives inside your own isolated podnever on our shared servers. Your history is private and yours alone.

Every account has a dedicated, secure pod with network isolation. You can export or delete your data at any time.

How do I export / delete my data?

From your customer area: open Account → Data. You can export your conversations and documents, and use “Delete my data” at any time.

Deletion permanently erases your pod content. To close the account entirely, write to [email protected].

How do I change my password / email / name / card / cancel the subscription?

Everything is managed from the customer area, under Account: name, email address, password, and payment method (card).

To cancel the subscription, open Account → Subscription: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no hidden fees. A question? [email protected].

What’s the difference between Starter, Pro and Business?

Starter (€25) — the Luca Terminal (Haiku + Sonnet), standard capacity, for one person.

Pro (€50) — everything in Starter, plus Opus, the code workshop (IDE), the Voice Hub, a persona, and 3× more capacity.

Business (€200/seat) — everything in Pro, plus a team of 2 to 10 seats, 15× the capacity, OpenClaw (WhatsApp · Telegram · Signal · Discord), Office 365, phone IVR, and enterprise governance (MFA, SSO, audit, RBAC).

The confirmation email isn’t arriving — what should I do?

A few things to try:

  • Check your junk / spam and promotions folders.
  • Wait a few minutes — delivery can take a short while.
  • Double-check the address you entered; if needed, request a resend from the login page.
  • Add [email protected] to your contacts for the future.

How much storage / which pod do I get? Does it work on mobile?

Each account has a dedicated pod with persistent storage: 2 GB (Starter), 5 GB (Pro), 10 GB (Business, plus a 50 GB shared company pod).

Yes, RW Exprès works on mobile as well as desktop: the interface is responsive, from any browser, with no app to install.

Get started with your Terminal

From sign-up to your first AI conversation.

  1. Create your account and pay by card (Starter plan).
  2. Wait a few minutes while your pod is prepared.
  3. Open the Luca Terminal from your customer area.
  4. Ask your first question — on desktop or mobile.

Understand your usage

  1. Open Usage / Credit in the customer area.
  2. Pick an amount and pay by card (Stripe).
  3. Turn on auto-recharge and set the threshold.
  4. Change or disable recharge whenever you like.

Manage your conversations

Rename, delete, and resume a chat.

  1. Open your conversation list in the Terminal.
  2. Rename a conversation to find it easily.
  3. Resume a chat right where you left off.
  4. Delete the ones you no longer need.

Switch AI model

Move between Haiku, Sonnet and Opus.

  1. Open the model selector in the Terminal.
  2. Pick Haiku (fast), Sonnet (balanced) or Opus (powerful).
  3. Keep the spend rate in mind (1× / 3× / 5×).
  4. Match the model to the task to optimize capacity.

Export / delete your data

You stay in control, at any time.

  1. Open Account → Data in the customer area.
  2. Export your conversations and documents.
  3. Use “Delete my data” to wipe the pod.
  4. To close the account, email [email protected].
